I have been looking for two exact studies for a research project I have been working on (personal related project, not work related). I couldn’t find the studies available anywhere even though I knew the exact title, author and year published. Nothing… absolutely nothing. But then I somehow came across a faculty at a university who stated it was in his universities library. So I checked my home university, resulting in me coming up empty handed. However, out of the corner of my I saw a link that said, “24/7 Live Chat.” Twenty-four hour help desk? No way. I love the live chat option so thought I would try it out. It was such a fantastic experience! Not only did the librarian open my eyes to databases I had never explored, but she was able to located the studies that I had been digging to find. It was unbelievable!

I had requested the help from librarians in the past and always been impressed. But the 24-7 option was fantastic. Don’t let the basic website fool you… their service is amazing!
